Non-Administrative Project Amendments Sample Clauses

The Non-Administrative Project Amendments clause defines the process and requirements for making significant changes to a project that go beyond routine administrative updates. This clause typically covers modifications such as changes to project scope, budget, deliverables, or timelines, and may require formal approval from both parties involved in the agreement. By distinguishing these substantive amendments from minor administrative adjustments, the clause ensures that all major project changes are properly reviewed, documented, and agreed upon, thereby reducing the risk of misunderstandings and maintaining project alignment.
Non-Administrative Project Amendments. Any request of Developer for an amendment or modification to a Project Approval or Subsequent Approval which is determined not to be an Administrative Project Amendment as set forth above shall be subject to review, consideration and action pursuant to the Applicable Law and this Agreement.
