Non application of the Residential Tenancy Act. The parties acknowledge and agree that while this Deed in part provides for use of the Premises for residential accommodation, this Deed does not in itself form a residential tenancy agreement for the purposes of the Residential Tenancy Act on the basis of section 6(1)(db) of the Residential Tenancy Act.
