Common use of Non-Appropriation Clause in Contracts

Non-Appropriation. Notwithstanding any other provision of this Agreement, if the State does not receive sufficient funds to fund this Agreement and other obligations of the State, if funds are de-appropriated, or if the State does not receive legal authority to expend funds from the Maine State Legislature or Maine courts, then the State is not obligated to make payment under this Agreement.

Non-Appropriation. Notwithstanding any other provision of this AgreementContract, if the State does not receive sufficient funds to fund this Agreement Contract and other obligations of the State, if funds are de-de- appropriated, or if the State does not receive legal authority to expend funds from the Maine State Legislature or Maine courts, then the State is not obligated to make payment under this AgreementContract.

Non-Appropriation. Notwithstanding any other provision of this Agreement, if the State does not receive sufficient funds to fund this Agreement and other obligations of the StateState or Federal Government, if funds are de-de- appropriated, or if the State or Federal Government does not receive legal authority to expend funds from the Maine State Legislature or Maine courtscourts (or Congress in Federal Courts in the case of the Federal Government), then the State or Federal Government is not obligated to make payment under this Agreement.

Non-Appropriation. Notwithstanding any other provision of this Agreement, if the State does not receive sufficient funds to fund meet any financial obligations that it may have under this Agreement and other obligations of the StateAgreement, if funds are de-appropriated, or if the State does not receive legal authority to expend funds from the Maine State Legislature or Maine courtscourts for the purpose of this Agreement, then the State is not obligated to make payment obligations under this AgreementAgreement shall be void.
