Common use of Non-Assignment Clause in Contracts

Grantee shall not assign, subcontract, or otherwise transfer its rights, duties, or obligations under this Agreement, by operation of law or otherwise, without the prior written consent of Triumph, which consent may be withheld in Triumph's sole and absolute discretion. Triumph shall at all times without the consent of Grantee be entitled to assign or transfer its rights, duties, or obligations under this Agreement to any other person or entity, or to another governmental entity in the State of Florida, upon giving prior written notice to Grantee.
