Non-Assumption by the Purchase Groups of Obligations. No obligation or liability of the Seller to any Obligor or any third party under any Receivable or Contract which is part of the Receivables in which the Facility Agents, on behalf of their respective Purchase Groups, have acquired the Receivable Interest shall be assumed by any Facility Agent or Purchaser, and any such assumption is hereby expressly disclaimed.
