Common use of Non-Binding Forecasts Clause in Contracts

Non-Binding Forecasts. The forecast for the [...***...] in each Product Forecast are non-binding orders ("Planned Orders"), but orders which Licensee reasonably believes are likely over time to become Firm Orders.
