Non Competition Fee. In consideration of the non-competition agreement described in this Section 7, the Company hereby agrees to forgive the portion of the indebtedness (as reduced by the amount thereof allocated to the termination of Executive's Employment Agreement as described in Section 2) owed to the Company by Executive as described in Section 3.
