Instead, please ask your contact at CommonSpirit Health for paper documents, and they will be provided without charge, although this may result in a processing delay. If you do consent, you may withdraw your consent at any time by notifying CommonSpirit Health, and your withdrawal will take effect after a reasonable time for processing. Withdrawal of consent will not affect the validity of documents signed electronically when your consent was in effect.
