Common use of Non-defaulting Party Clause in Contracts

Non-defaulting Party. A Party leaving voluntarily and with the other Parties' consent shall have Access Rights to the Foreground developed until the date of the termination of its participation. The time limit for its right to request these Access Rights shall be one year from the date of termination of its participation.
