Non-Delinquency Certification. Contractor certifies that Contractor is not delinquent in the payment of any debt to the State and, therefore, is not barred from being awarded a contract under 30 ILCS 500/50-11. Contractor acknowledges that the Department may declare the Contract void if this certification is false, or if Contractor is determined to be delinquent in the payment of any debt to the State during the term of the Contract.
Non-Delinquency Certification. Borrower certifies that it is not delinquent in the payment of any debt to the Lenders or any other person other than trade payables, and Borrower acknowledges and agrees that the Lenders may declare this Loan Agreement null and void if this certification is false.
