Non Discrimination in Contracts. The Lessor encourages Lessee to create and maintain a diverse workforce, contractor and supplier base. The Lessee shall not create barriers to open and fair opportunities for minority business enterprises (MBE), women’s business enterprises (WBE), small business enterprises (SBE) and disadvantaged business enterprises (DBE) to participate in all rental car contracts with the Lessor and to obtain or compete for contracts and subcontracts as sources of supplies, equipment, construction and services. In considering offers from and doing business with contractors and suppliers, the Lessee shall not discriminate on the basis of race, color, creed, religion, sex, age, disability, nationality, marital status, sexual orientation, or disability. These requirements apply to all concessions firms and suppliers, including those who qualify as an Airport Concessions Disadvantaged Business Enterprise (ACDBE).
