Non Discrimination in Contracts. Grantee shall comply with the provisions of Chapters 12B and 12C of the San Francisco Administrative Code. Grantee shall incorporate by reference in all subcontracts the provisions of Sections12B.2(a), 12B.2(c)-(k), and 12C.3 of the San Francisco Administrative Code and shall require all subcontractors to comply with such provisions. Grantee is subject to the enforcement and penalty provisions in Chapters 12B and 12C.
