Common use of NON-DISCRIMINATION IN SERVICES Clause in Contracts

NON-DISCRIMINATION IN SERVICES. Provider shall deliver the Services in a manner that is linguistically appropriate and culturally sensitive to the community to be served. In providing Services to Students under this Agreement, Provider shall not discriminate on the basis of sex, race, color, religion, ancestry, national origin, disability, medical condition, marital status, sexual orientation, age, payor status, or on any other basis prohibited by law. Notwithstanding anything in the foregoing to the contrary, discrimination in the provision of Services does not include limitations on services provided to a particular patient where contraindicated based on clinical protocols or diagnoses.
