NON-DISCRIMINATON. The contents of this Agreement shall be applied to all employees eligible for representation by the Union without regard to race, creed, color, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, age, disability, veteran status, national origin, marital status, or Union membership status. No rights of employees under the law shall be abridged by the Employer or the Union.
