Common use of Non-Diversion Clause in Contracts

Non-Diversion. During the Employment Period and for one year after the Date of Termination, Employee shall not directly or indirectly or by aid to others, do anything which could be expected to divert from ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ any trade or business with any customer of ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ with whom Employee had any contact or association during the one year immediately preceding the Date of Termination.
