Common use of Non-Exclusive Access Clause in Contracts

Non-Exclusive Access. ‌ Subject to clause 7.3, the grant of the licence to the Utility under this clause 7: (a) (access for LMA and Associates): does not prevent LMA, any of its Associates and nominated representatives from accessing and using the Land for any other purpose; and (b) (licence): is subject to the licence granted to Project Co to access, occupy and use the Land for the purposes of the East West Link Works.
