Common use of Non-Exclusivity of Remedies Clause in Contracts

Non-Exclusivity of Remedies. The remedies under the terms of this Contract are not intended to be exclusive of any other remedies provided, but each and every such remedy is cumulative and is in addition to any other remedies, existing now or later, at law, in equity or by statute. No delay or omission to exercise any right or power accruing upon any event of default impairs any such right or power, nor is it a waiver of any event of default nor acquiescence in it, and every such right and power may be exercised from time to time and as often as the City considers expedient.
