Non-Exclusivity of Remedies. The remedies provided for in this Article 7 are not exclusive and shall not limit any rights or remedies which may otherwise be available to any Indemnified Party at law or in equity; provided that the procedures set forth in Sections 7.03 and 7.04 shall be the exclusive procedures governing any indemnity action brought under this Agreement.
