Non-Expendable Property Clause Samples
The Non-Expendable Property clause defines items or assets that are not intended to be consumed or disposed of during the course of a contract or project. Typically, this clause applies to equipment, tools, or materials that retain their usefulness and value over time, such as computers, vehicles, or specialized machinery. By clearly distinguishing these items from expendable supplies, the clause ensures proper tracking, accountability, and return or disposition of valuable property at the end of the contract, thereby preventing loss or misuse.
