Common use of Non-Identification Clause in Contracts

Non-Identification. The Recipient will not contact or make any effort to identify individuals who are or may be the sources of the Human Material, without specific written approval from the Provider. For Human Material made available by the Repository for which participants may be re-contacted for future research, the Investigator may request additional information about the Human Material. The Recipient agrees that if Recipient requires additional information about the Human Material, it will contact the Provider to request the additional information.
