Non-Inducement. Employee agrees that during the Employment Period and for a one-year period immediately following the termination of his employment with the Company, he shall not directly or indirectly, individually or on behalf of persons not parties to this Agreement, aid or endeavor to solicit or induce any of the Company's employees to leave their employment with the Company in order to accept employment with Employee or another person, partnership, corporation or other entity.
