Non-Inducement of Customers to Discontinue or Reduce Business Relationship. Employee agrees that during employment with the Company and for a period of 1 year following the termination of Employee’s employment with the Company, Employee shall not, directly or indirectly, engage in any conduct intended or reasonably calculated to induce or urge any Customer to discontinue, in whole or in part, its patronage or business relationship with the Company.
