NON-INSTRUCTIONAL TIME ON WEDNESDAYS. 9.6.1 Non-instructional time on the first, third, fourth, and fifth Wednesday (if any) will be teacher directed time - decided by individual teachers. This teacher- directed time will be for activities like teacher collaboration, materials preparation, and lesson planning. Both parties acknowledge that issues may occasionally arise that will require an impromptu meeting, but that these are not routine. 9.6.2 Non-instructional time on Wednesdays may include attendance at IEPs, SSTs, 504s, and Behavior Intervention team meetings. The number of meetings will be no more than two per month. 9.6.2.1 If additional meetings are necessary, the unit member(s) impacted may accumulate the additional time in accordance with article 14.

  • Additional Time If because of events beyond the Design Professional’s reasonable control, it is not able to meet the specified time period, then it should be entitled to ask the Owner for additional time, which request shall not be unreasonably denied.

  • Monday through Friday We ask for your patience during busy periods since you may experience a higher than usual rate of busy signals and longer hold times to speak to us. We look forward to serving you.

  • Work on Fridays (a) This clause may not apply on Projects where the Parties have agreed to implement a trial five (5) day working week. (b) The Employer and Employees will endeavour to ensure that wherever possible and subject to operational requirements, normal productive work shall cease at the finish of ordinary hours on Fridays. (c) Operational requirements that would require productive work to continue past this time include but are not limited to circumstances where such work will be able to continue if the work is necessary for the production schedule to be maintained or to ensure that other Employees can be productively employed. (d) Other circumstances where work will be able to continue include the following: to recover time lost due to excessive periods of Inclement Weather, matters not necessarily the fault of the Employer which have led to the Project being delayed or behind schedule, the requirement to meet the principal’s work program and unexpected delays in the Project due to scheduling of other works or supply of materials. Note 1: An Employee has the right to determine their representation (if any) in accordance with Part 7 – Employee Representation of this Agreement.

  • Loading on Annual Leave During a period of annual leave an Employee covered by this clause shall receive a loading of 22.5% calculated on the all-purpose rate of wage prescribed by Appendix A, clause 2.3 of this Agreement.

  • Pacific Time If enabled by Platform, the Same Day ACH means that the transfer will be performed within one (1) business day. Any same day ACH transfer scheduled after the cut-off time will be treated as if it were scheduled as next day ACH transfer. In some circumstances, transactions may be delayed for risk or compliance reasons.
