Non-Interference and Non-Solicitation of Employees, Customers and Others. I will not now or at any time in the future disrupt, damage, impair or interfere with the business of the Company, whether by way of interfering with or raiding its employees, disrupting its relationships with customers, agents, vendors, distributors or representatives, or otherwise. During my employment with the Company and for eighteen (18) months thereafter, I will not directly or indirectly induce, encourage or solicit any employee of the Company to leave the Company for any reason, unless specifically requested to take such action in writing by the Company.
