Common use of Non-Monetary Judgments Clause in Contracts

Non-Monetary Judgments. Any non-monetary judgment or order shall be rendered against the Borrower or any of its Subsidiaries by a court of competent jurisdiction that could be reasonably expected to have a Material Adverse Effect, and such judgment or order is not satisfied, discharged, vacated, bonded or stayed pending appeal within a period of 60 consecutive days; or

Non-Monetary Judgments. Any non-monetary judgment judgment, order or order shall be rendered decree is entered against the Borrower which does or any of its Subsidiaries by a court of competent jurisdiction that could would reasonably be reasonably expected to have a Material Adverse Effect, and there shall be any period of sixty (60) consecutive days during which a stay of enforcement of such judgment or order is not satisfiedorder, discharged, vacated, bonded or stayed by reason of a pending appeal within a period of 60 consecutive days; oror otherwise, shall not be in effect.
