Common use of Non-Monetary Judgments Clause in Contracts

Non-Monetary Judgments. Any non-monetary judgment, order or decree shall be rendered against the Borrower which does or would reasonably be expected to result in a Material Adverse Effect, and there shall be any period of thirty (30) consecutive days during which a stay of enforcement of such judgment or order, by reason of a pending appeal or otherwise, shall not be in effect; or

Non-Monetary Judgments. Any non-monetary judgment, order or decree shall be rendered is entered against the either Borrower or any Subsidiary which does or would reasonably be expected to result in have a Material Adverse Effect, and there shall be any period of thirty (30) 30 consecutive days during which a stay of enforcement of such judgment or order, by reason of a pending appeal or otherwise, shall not be in effect; or
