Common use of Non Monetary Remedies Clause in Contracts

Non Monetary Remedies. The parties hereby acknowledge that --------------------- monetary damages may not be a sufficient remedy for breaches of the licensing provisions set forth in Exhibit B or of the Non-Disclosure Agreement annexed hereto as Exhibit C and that either party may be entitled to such injunctive or equitable relief for actions or claims alleging such breach(es) as may be deemed proper by a court of competent jurisdiction.
