Non-operation of trains. 6.6.1 The Beneficiary shall notify the Station Facility Owner whenever it reasonably expects a material interruption to, or material change in, the Non-Regular Passenger Services. Any such notice shall, to the extent reasonably practicable, state the details of any such interruption or change. 6.6.2 Subject to the Station Access Conditions, cancellation of a Non-Regular Passenger Service in respect of which the Beneficiary has given notice to the Station Facility Owner in accordance with clause 3.3 shall not affect the Beneficiary's obligation to pay the Access Charge, except that if the Beneficiary has given the Station Facility Owner seven days notice of any such cancellation, the Beneficiary shall not be liable for any Exclusive Charge in respect of that Non-Regular Passenger Service.
