Non-Performance of Certain Covenants and Obligations. Any Credit Party shall default in the due performance and observance of any of its obligations under Sections 7.1.1, 7.1.7, 7.1.8, 7.1.11, 7.1.12 or Section 7.2.

Any A Credit Party or any of its Subsidiaries shall default in the due performance and or observance of any of its obligations under Sections 7.1.17.1(a), 7.1.77.1(b), 7.1.87.1(c), 7.1.117.1(d), 7.1.12 7.7, 7.8 or 7.12 or Article VIII ((i) other than Section 7.28.10(ii) and (ii) with respect to Section 8.4(a), subject to the Liquidity Cure Right set forth therein).
