Non-Reappointment. 15.1.1 Appointments of lecturers expire at the stated end of the appointment. Notice of non-reappointment shall be given to lecturers based on the Lecturer’s length of service at the end of the appointment year: First and second year – by March 1st Third year and thereafter – by January 15th 15.1.2 Late notice shall entitle the non-reappointed Lecturer to reappointment for a semester or compensation in lieu thereof, at the University’s discretion. 15.1.3 The University shall provide the basis for the non-reappointment in writing to the Lecturer.
