Non-Receipt of Cheques. The Corporation shall issue a replacement cheque in the same amount to any person who does not receive a cheque sent as provided in this by-law, if that person has satisfied the conditions regarding indemnity, evidence of non-receipt and title set by the board from time to time, either generally or for that particular case.

  • Receipt of Copy Mortgagor acknowledges that it has received a true copy of this Mortgage.
