If and to the extent the Lessor or the Company shall not have so made such payment in full to the Lessor, each Lease Participant shall repay to the Lessor forthwith on demand such amount distributed to such Lease Participant together with interest thereon, for each day from the date such amount is distributed to such Lease Participant until the date such Lease Participant repays such amount to the Lessor, at a rate equal to (i) until the Business Day after the Business Day on which such demand is made, the Federal Funds Rate for such day and (ii) thereafter 50 basis points above the Federal Funds Rate for such day.
