Non-Recognition of Trusts or Beneficial Interests. Except as required by law, no person shall be recognized by the Partnership or any Limited Partner as holding any Unit in trust, and the Partnership and Limited Partners shall not be bound or compelled in any way to recognize (even when having actual notice) any legal, equitable, contingent, future or partial interest in any Unit or in any fractional part of a Unit or any other rights in respect of any Unit except an absolute right to the entirety of the Unit of the Limited Partner registered as holder of such Unit.
