Common use of Non-Recurring Charges Clause in Contracts

Non-Recurring Charges. The Parties agree to charge non-recurring fees as set forth in Appendix B for any additions to, or added capacity for, special access connecting facilities. ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ will charge Tritel non-recurring fees as set forth in Appendix B for DID service.
