Non-Recurring Fees. Non-recurring Fees, including, but not limited to, installation charges, construction fees, extended demarcation fees, facility entrance fees, and/or expedite fees, will be invoiced to User as of the Parties’ execution date of the Order, unless otherwise stated in the applicable Addendum or Order.
