  • TERMINATION OF EMPLOYMENT CONTRACT This Contract shall terminate, the Lead Groundsman employment shall cease, and no salary shall be paid, under any one of the following circumstances:

  • Supported Employment Reporting After the person served has completed the first month of SEP job development and/or coaching and monthly thereafter, LOWER SHORE ENTERPRISES shall complete the Employment Services Progress Report (attached). The Report is required each month whether LOWER SHORE ENTERPRISES is sending an invoice to DORS or not. For job development services, LOWER SHORE ENTERPRISES must include written justification on the Job Coaching Progress Report for providing fewer than 6 hours of service in a month.

  • Regular Employee Seniority for a regular employee is defined as the length of the employee’s continuous employment (whether full-time or part-time) from the date of commencement of regular employment, plus any seniority accrued, while working as a casual employee of the Employer.
