Common use of Non Revocable Trust Clause in Contracts

Non Revocable Trust. The Trustee declares that it shall not revoke the trusts hereby declared till the whole of the outstanding debt in respect of the Notes is irrevocably discharged and paid in full by the Issuer.

Non Revocable Trust. The Debenture Trustee declares that it shall not revoke the trusts hereby declared till until the whole of the outstanding debt in respect of the Notes Debt is irrevocably discharged and paid in full by the IssuerIssuer in accordance with the Transaction Documents.
