Non-Security Deliveries. If the applicable Shareholder is required to pay cash (or the Exchange Property Units otherwise include items of property that the Shareholder is required to deliver other than Shares or securities) in connection with the Exchange Date, Special Acceleration Date or Optional Acceleration Date, as applicable, such payment of cash or delivery of such other items of property, as applicable, shall be subject to Section 2.4(g) below;
