Common use of Non-solicitation by the Employee Clause in Contracts

Non-solicitation by the Employee. The Employee agrees that at any time, and from time to time, while employed by the Company and for a period of one (1) year thereafter the Employee will not, without the prior written consent of the Company, either: (a) induce or attempt to influence, directly or indirectly, an employee of the Company to leave the employ of the Company; or (b) recruit, employ, or carry on Business with, directly or indirectly, an employee of the Company that has left the employ of the Company within the period of one (1) year preceding the time of such action.

The Employee agrees that at any time, and from time to time, while employed by the Company and for a period of one (1) year thereafter thereafter, the Employee will not, without the prior written consent of the Company, either: (a) Company induce or attempt to influence, directly or indirectly, an employee of the Company or Parent to leave the employ of the Company; or (b) recruitCompany or Parent, employ, or carry on Business with, directly or indirectly, an employee of the Company that has left the employ of the Company within the period of one (1) year preceding the time of such actionas applicable.
