Common use of Non-Solicitation of Clients Clause in Contracts

Non-Solicitation of Clients. During the Restricted Period, the Executive shall not solicit or otherwise attempt to establish any business relationship with any Person that is, or during the 12-month period preceding the date of the Executive’s termination of employment with the Company was, a customer, client or distributor of the Company or any of its subsidiaries if the solicitation or establishment of the business relationship is in connection with or on behalf of any business that the Executive is precluded from providing services to pursuant to Section 11(b).

Non-Solicitation of Clients. During the Restricted Period, the Executive shall not solicit or otherwise attempt to establish any business relationship with any Person person or entity that is, or during the twelve (12-) month period preceding the date of the Executive’s termination of employment with the Company was, a customer, client or distributor of the Company Company, the Guarantor or any of its their respective subsidiaries if the solicitation or establishment of the business relationship is in connection with or on behalf of any business Restricted Business that the Executive is precluded from providing services to pursuant to Section 11(b10(b).
