Common use of Non-Solicitation of Customers Clause in Contracts

Non-Solicitation of Customers. Employee agrees that, during Employee’s employment with the Company and for a period of 12 months following the termination of Employee’s employment, Employee shall not, on behalf of any entity or person other than the Company, directly or indirectly, contact or solicit any Customer for the purpose of delivering, selling, or otherwise offering a product that is the same or similar to that of a Company Product.

Non-Solicitation of Customers.
