Common use of Non-Solicitation of Customers Clause in Contracts

Non-Solicitation of Customers. During the Restricted Period, Executive will not, directly or indirectly, solicit any Customer of the Company for the purpose of providing any goods or services competitive with the Business within the Territory. The restrictions set forth in this Section 8(g) apply only to the Customers with whom Executive had Contact.

Non-Solicitation of Customers. During Executive agrees that during the Restricted Period, Executive will not, directly or indirectly, solicit any Customer or influence, or attempt to solicit or influence, customers of the Company for the purpose of providing any Employer to purchase goods or services competitive with then sold by the Business within the Territory. The restrictions set forth in this Section 8(g) apply only to the Customers with whom Executive had ContactEmployer from any other person or entity.

During the Restricted Period, Executive will not, directly or indirectly, not solicit any Customer of the Company for the purpose of providing any goods or services competitive with the Business within goods or services offered by the TerritoryCompany. The restrictions set forth in this Section 8(g9(b) apply only to the Customers with whom Executive had Contact.

Non-Solicitation of Customers. During Executive agrees that during the Restricted Period, Executive will shall not, directly or indirectly, solicit any Customer for Executive’s own benefit, on behalf of another, or to the detriment of the Company Company, solicit for any business purpose, divert, or attempt to solicit for any business purpose or attempt to divert, any customer of the purpose of providing any goods or services competitive with the Business within the Territory. The restrictions set forth in Company; provided that this Section 8(g) restriction on solicitation shall apply only to any customer located or doing business in the Customers with whom Executive had ContactRestricted Area or who is otherwise named by the Company on an exhibit hereto.

The restrictions set forth in this Section 8(g4.3(b) apply only to the Customers with whom the Executive had Contact.

During the Restricted Period, Executive will not, directly or indirectly, shall not solicit any Customer actual or prospective customer of the Company for as to which Executive had access during the purpose Term of providing any goods Employment with respect to the purchase of products or services competitive with the Business within the Territory. The restrictions set forth in this Section 8(g) apply only to the Customers with whom Executive had Contactfrom a Competitive Business.

During the Restricted Period, Executive will shall not, directly or indirectly, solicit any Customer of the Company for the purpose of selling or providing any goods products or services competitive with the Business within the TerritoryBusiness. The restrictions set forth in this Section 8(g) subsection shall apply only to the those Customers (a) with whom or which Executive had Contactdealt on behalf of the Company, (b) whose dealings with the Company were coordinated or supervised by Executive, or (c) about whom Executive obtained Confidential Information in the ordinary course of business as a result of Executive’s association with the Company.

The restrictions set forth in this Section 8(g6(g) apply only to the Customers with whom Executive had Contact.
