NON-STANDARD HOURS. Non-Standard working hours are Monday through Friday, 6:01 PM to 5:59 AM, weekends, and Orange County holidays.
NON-STANDARD HOURS. 7.1. The Department and an employee engaged under this Agreement may agree to a non- standard hours of work arrangement for either a short or extended period of time, in order to: 7.1.1. perform work on a project or other piece of major work that is largely self-guided or seasonal, or 7.1.2. give effect to an approved flexible work option under a policy of the Department or of NSW Government. 7.2. Flexible options policies include:  Work From Home Policy  Flexible Work Practices  Travel Choices  Other similar policies allowing flexible work options, or the flexible delivery of work, as approved by the Department from time to time.
NON-STANDARD HOURS. A manager may authorize an employee to work a schedule other than the normal 8:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. hours. A copy of the manager's authorization must be forwarded to the Chief People Officer for inclusion in the employee's personnel file.   • Weekdays All work performed outside of the designated shift Monday through Friday shall be paid at time and one-half (1-1/2) the straight-time hourly wage rate.

  • Work on Fridays (a) This clause may not apply on Projects where the Parties have agreed to implement a trial five (5) day working week. (b) The Employer and Employees will endeavour to ensure that wherever possible and subject to operational requirements, normal productive work shall cease at the finish of ordinary hours on Fridays. (c) Operational requirements that would require productive work to continue past this time include but are not limited to circumstances where such work will be able to continue if the work is necessary for the production schedule to be maintained or to ensure that other Employees can be productively employed. (d) Other circumstances where work will be able to continue include the following: to recover time lost due to excessive periods of Inclement Weather, matters not necessarily the fault of the Employer which have led to the Project being delayed or behind schedule, the requirement to meet the principal’s work program and unexpected delays in the Project due to scheduling of other works or supply of materials. Note 1: An Employee has the right to determine their representation (if any) in accordance with Part 7 – Employee Representation of this Agreement.

  • Normal Hours of Work 10A.01 The normal work day is defined as the twenty-four (24) hour period beginning at 12:00 Midnight. 10A.02 The employer has the option of working either five (5) eight (8) hour days or four (4) ten

  • Standard Work Week (a) Except as provided below, the standard work week for Full-time Employees shall normally consist of 35 hours per week, which shall normally consist of 5 equal Shifts of 7 hours. (b) The standard work week for certain Full-time Employees, including but not limited to, technical Employees, shall normally consist of 37.5 hours per week, which shall normally consist of 5 equal Shifts of 7.5 hours.

  • Ordinary Hours of Work The ordinary hours of work will be worked any time between 6.00am to 6.00pm Monday to Friday. Ordinary hours of work may be varied by agreement between the Employer and the majority of the employees concerned and the ETU State Secretary (via the relevant full time ETU Official) to accommodate the hours or work required for the most efficient and safe operation of the Employer and the requirements of its client. Where agreement is reached to work alternate hours, occupational health and safety principles will prevail. Proper health monitoring procedures will be introduced and suitable rosters clearly agreed prior to commencing work. Adequate supervision must always be provided. Matters on which agreement may be reached include: a) How the hours are to be averaged in a work cycle b) The duration of the work cycle
