Common use of Non-transfer Clause in Contracts

Licensee agrees that neither this License nor use of any or all parts of the materials provided in the Show shall be granted, assigned or permitted to any of Licensee's officers, employees, agents or assignees, or to other individuals or organizations, without Licensor's written approval, which may be withheld in Licensor's sole discretion.
