Non-U.S. Country-Specific Amendments. The restrictions contained in Section (b)(2) and/or (3) do not apply to you if, following the termination of your NCR ATLEOS employment, you continue to reside or work in a country that mandates, as a non-waiveable condition, continued pay during the Restricted Period, unless NCR ATLEOS advises you it will tender such pay, which shall be in the minimum amount required by local law. Section (b)(2) and/or (3) do not apply to you if you are terminated without cause (as this term or concept is defined by applicable law) and you reside in a country that requires termination for cause in order to enforce post-employment non-competition and/or non-solicitation restrictions.
