Common use of NON-USE OF NAMES Clause in Contracts

NON-USE OF NAMES. LICENSEE shall not use the name of ▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇, nor any of its employees, or any adaptation thereof, in any advertising, promotional or sales literature without prior written consent obtained from ▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ in each case, except that LICENSEE may state that it is licensed by ▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ under one or more of the patents and/or applications comprising the Patent Rights.
