Any Grantee that has not submitted required reports or satisfied other administrative requirements for this grant or other Division of Historical Resources grants or grants from any other Florida Department of State (DOS) Division will be in noncompliance status and subject to the DOS Grants Compliance Procedure. Grant compliance issues must be resolved before a grant award agreement may be executed, and before grant payments for any DOS grant may be released.
