Common use of Nondiscrimination & Intimidation Clause in Contracts

Nondiscrimination & Intimidation. a. Winning Supplier expressly agrees that in the hiring of employees for the performance of work or services under this Master Agreement or any subcontract that takes place in the State of Ohio, Winning Supplier, its subcontractors, or any person acting on a Winning Supplier’s or its subcontractor’s behalf shall not discriminate in the hiring of employees by reason of race, creed, sex, disability as defined in Section 4112.01 of the Ohio Revised Code nor shall it discriminate against any citizen of the State of Ohio in the employment of labor or workers who are qualified and available to perform the Work to which the employment relates.
