Common use of Nondiscrimination & Intimidation Clause in Contracts

Nondiscrimination & Intimidation. (a) Watchfire expressly agrees that in the hiring of employees for the performance of work or services under this Master Agreement or any subcontract, Watchfire, its subcontractors, or any person acting on a Watchfire’s or its subcontractor’s behalf shall not discriminate in the hiring of employees by reason of race, creed, sex, disability as defined in Section 4112.01 of the Ohio Revised Code nor shall it discriminate against any citizen of the State of Ohio in the employment of labor or workers who are qualified and available to perform the Work to which the employment relates. (b) Watchfire expressly agrees that Watchfire, any of its subcontractors, or any person on behalf of Watchfire or its subcontractors in any manner shall not discriminate against or intimidate any employee hired for the performance of work or services under this Master Agreement on account of race, creed, sex, disability as defined in Section 4112.01 of the Ohio Revised Code, or color. (c) Watchfire expressly agrees to include the provisions of this section in each of its written subcontractor agreements for the Products & Services subject to this Master Agreement.
