Common use of Nondiscrimination Policy Clause in Contracts

Nondiscrimination Policy. There shall be no discrimination against an employee by reason of race, color, national origin, religion, gender, sexual orientation, age, disability or marital status, except as may be necessary to meet bona fide occupational qualifications as identified in the Employer's Affirmative Action Policy. It is the intention of the parties to this Agreement that the policy shall be administered and applied in a nondiscriminatory manner.
